Promotion and getting the word out!

We have been trying to do lots of promotion and trying to get the word out about or program and Conductive Education in general. This seems to be a very time consuming processes and seems to be getting little response. We are trying to grow our client base to continue to ensure work for 2 conductors. We have tried contacting news papers and news stations. Emailed support groups and schools. We have talked to societies for the different disorders. We were hoping that people from other centers might have some advice or tips about how they got the word out about their center.
